Happy Friday!
Today we begin a new assignment, "Place and Trace".
Locate a cool image online, a portrait, a cool hot rod, sports car, favorite musical artist or actor. The image must be larger than 500 pixels tall.
Open Illustrator, use the "Place" function to import your artwork.
Open your layers palette and lock down your photo's layer, make a new layer to create your artwork on.
Trace a 1 color line drawing on top of the photo. Don't skimp on the details!
Due end of class Monday.
